**Job Title: HR Recruitment Advisor**
**Contract: Permanent**

**Hours: 37 hours per week**
**Salary: £30,313 - £32,331 per annum**

This role will be responsible for sourcing high quality talent for the College across multi departments and faculties. Working alongside and supporting the HR Business Partner, HR Advisors and both internal/external stakeholders, the role will provide a high-quality recruitment service which is flexible, cost effective, focused on business need, and delivered with professionalism. Responsible for managing own tasks along with delivering KPI's against all recruitment activities.

The role will include:

- Managing the College Headcount request process for all resource requests.
- Identifying the role requirements with hiring managers
Creating job descriptions alongside hiring managers to attract talent
- Coordinating interviews and managing all associated correspondence - providing interview questions and interview structure when needed
- Attending interviews when required - providing support, note taking and feedback
- Administration, coordination and support for recruitment events
- Providing the HR Partner with weekly recruitment reports

To be considered for the role, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive working relationships with individuals at all levels, both internal and external. The Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and work with a high level of attention to detail is required. S/He must be able to multi-task and work to demanding deadlines to achieve agreed goals. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are vital for this role. Good IT skills and be particularly comfortable working with MS Word and Excel are essential.

Registration with the Educational Workforce Council for Wales (EWC Wales) is a mandatory requirement of the post
