They are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor with Employee Relations experience, particularly in performance management and long-term sickness. Your new role As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in the HR team, in delivering high-quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle. Reporting to the HR business partner, your key responsibilities are:Provide expert ER advice and guidance, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence managementSupport the delivery of manager training on performance managementAssist the HR team and managers with documentation, scheduling, and note-taking for meetingsContribute to reports and data tracking for ER trends and ouesWhat you'll need to succeed Proven experience in HR and employee relations, with a strong understanding of current employment lawExcellent stakeholder management abilityAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionExcellentmunication and organisational skillsSound judgment, discretion, and emotional resilienceCIPD qualification is desirableWhat you'll get in return Our client embraces a hybrid working model, with just two days per week in the office. You'll benefit from flexible start and finish times aligned with team preferences, with core hours typically running from 9:00 to 17:30.
