We are working with one of our national clients who are looking for a site based HR Advisor, located in Cardiff.
This role offers a salary of up to £30,000, along with additional benefits that include free parking, 28 days holiday, a 4 o'clock Friday finish, pension, study support and employee discounts.
In this role you will work with an impressive and supportive HR department within an established organisation. Our client is looking for an individual who is hands-on, hardworking, commercial with the drive to develop.
As the HR Advisor you will oversee an area of the business, managing a workload of various ER, recruitment, L&D casework.
- Provide HR advice and guidance around employee relation
- Coordinate disciplinary and grievance hearings.
- Absence and sickness management
- Support with end to end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Performance management
- Carrying out general HR administration
- Support/lead on adhoc HR projects
Our client is open to meeting individuals with HR experience that may not have obtained CIPD qualification. A brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR Officer or even a people manager looking to move into the sector.
