**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create content that
- Manage and curate content for the company's social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Monitor social media trends and engagement metrics to optimize content strategy.
- Work closely with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Support the planning and execution of recruitment events, webinars, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless coordination and promotion of company participation.
- Assist in developing marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand enhancement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to contribute to strategic marketing decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience or internship in marketing, with a focus on content creation and social media management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Social media savvy.
- Basic graphic design skills (experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Analytical mindset for campaign performance evaluation.

INDPERM

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
