Internal Communications and Engagement Executive

As the Internal Communications and Engagement Executive you will have responsibility for supporting the development and delivery of appropriate colleague communications. Working closely with our Internal Communications and Engagement Manager, as well as stakeholders across the business, you will implement the internal communications strategy and engagement plan.
**Your responsibilities**
- Your main responsibility will be the effective deployment of a wide variety of impactful communications internally, using a variety of media and resources. These communications will be required to support business goals and drive a strong internal culture and increase levels of colleague engagement. Helping to drive the 2-way communication within the business.
- You'll have responsibility for the efficient deployment of creative content and messages, internally, consistent with company guidelines of presentation and tone.
- Providing communications support across the business, coaching them in the effective delivery of departmental communications, including the development and implementation of re-useable templates and content where relevant.
- You'll support the delivery of Internal Events working closely with the Events Team.
- Supporting the delivery of Wellbeing and Engagement activities aligned to our Diversity, Wellbeing, and Inclusion strategy.
- Establish and maintain key relationships with key stakeholders across the partnership.
