Hire Administrator

As part of our latest vacancies: we are looking to recruit a full-time Hire Administrator to join us; based within our Hinckley Depot, to assist in the smooth running and growth of our Hire department.
This vacancy has arisen for an experienced administrator who is interested in a new and varied challenge.
**Responsibilities**
- Hire - helping maintain the telephone calls/enquiries/quotations/off hires
- Diarise “day to day” entries of any “on hires/off hires” and deliveries/collections
- Weekly Reports - stock availability, hire reports,
- Build strong customer relationships
- General ad-hoc administrative duties
- Ensuring hire agreements, Insurance in place
- Excellent customer service skills and representing the company in the right way
**Requirements**:
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word documents
- Good communication and IT skills
- Be able to navigate and use a specifically designed software system, training provided
- Ability to work under pressure, with a confident and flexible attitude
- Previous experience within a hire company beneficial, but not essential
