**Project Management Apprentice - Level 4**

**What You’ll Be Doing**

As an apprentice Project Manager, you’ll get hands-on experience working on a variety of projects that shape how we build and operate our roads and deliver a great customer experience.

Guided and mentored by experienced project management professionals, and a structured learning programme, you’ll develop a variety of skills and knowledge that will help you to succeed in your new career, including:

- Project planning, monitoring and reporting
- Working with and managing key project stakeholders
- Collecting and analysing data
- Developing business cases
- Risk and resource management throughout a project
- Working with budgets

You’ll complete a Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship, which will help you to achieve professional recognition early in your new career as a member of the Association for Project Management (APM).

At the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll have opportunities to continue your career journey with us at heart of projects that help connect the country.

To be eligible for the apprenticeship learning programme, you’ll also need to meet these essential requirements:

- Minimum of five GCSEs (including English and Maths, at grade C/grade 4 or above)

Plus, ONE of the following:

- At least 48 UCAS tariff points or equivalent level 3 qualifications (e.g. BTEC, T Level, NVQ)

OR
- Equivalent relevant experience

**Assessment centres will take place in April and May 2025.**

**To be eligible for a place on the programme, you must be available to attend the 4-day induction, 8th -11th September 2025.**
