As an Apprentice you will play an active part in driving your career development and will be exposed to a variety of projects across the business. Technical experience is key in our sector, which is why you'll be supported by your line manager to develop the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours needed to meet your apprenticeship and, to work towards accreditation or chartership where applicable. You'll be part of a supportive Early Careers community and will work alongside skilled professionals. You'll benefit from structured on-the-job training, mentoring, plus funding and support for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the assistance you need to develop and succeed.Role accountabilities:As a Project Manager you'll be working within a diverse team, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. You'll be responsible for your monitoring progress of project work, liaising with clients, implementing timely resolution to issues, identifying risks in the delivery, coordinating with contractors and given every opportunity to build your skillsets. On this apprenticeship you will complete the BSc Project Management Degree Apprenticeship, on a day release basis, through our agreed training provider Coventry University. And the BSc Construction Quantity Surveyor Apprenticeship through our agreed training provider Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). Qualifications & Experience: Have gained a minimum of 5 GCSE qualifications, grade 4-9 Including Maths and English. And 3 A-Levels or equivalent qualifications at BBC minimum or BTEC National Diploma at DMM minimum. Be a UK/EU/EAA resident for at least three years prior to starting the course and have the right to work in the UK 18 (Level 6) years old and have left full time education when the apprenticeship starts You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
