Apprentice Project Manager – Arcadis, Birmingham, UK Arcadis is the world’s leading design, engineering and sustainability consultancy. We are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to start a Project Management Apprenticeship and build a career on the front line of the built environment. Role Overview As an Apprentice Project Manager you will work directly with our Project Management team, supporting the delivery of commercial and technical projects across a variety of sectors. You will gain structured on‑the‑job training, mentoring, and the opportunity to achieve professional accreditation through the BSc Project Management Degree Apprenticeship. Responsibilities Assist in planning, monitoring and reporting project progress. Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and identify risks. Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation. Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussion of solutions. Learn and apply Arcadis’ knowledge, skills and behaviour standards throughout your apprenticeship. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 GCSEs, grade 4‑9, including Maths and English. 3 A‑Levels or equivalent (e.g., BTEC National Diploma). The qualification must be received at a level that meets or exceeds the UK standard (BBC minimum). UK/EU/EAA resident with the right to work in the United Kingdom. Minimum age 18; must have completed full‑time education by the start of the apprenticeship. Strong communication, analytical, creative and teamwork skills.
