**Customer Service Maintenance Planner** **Location**: Tadcaster **Salary**: £24,868.29 per annum, inclusive of pensionable salary, unsociability payment and quarterly incentive **Contract**: Permanent, Full Time - Full Training will be Provided - Private Healthcare Scheme **Benefits Available**: - Quarterly Incentive - Industry-Leading Training Given - Excellent Occupational Sick Pay Scheme - Company Pension Scheme with Employer Contributions - Generous Life Assurance Scheme - Private Healthcare Scheme - 31 Days Holiday per Year - Up to Date IT Equipment If you take pride in your planning and organisational skills and are passionate about customer service, this is the role for you This is an exciting opportunity to join Innserve **The Role - Customer Service Maintenance Planner** - Fully comprehensive training will be provided - Hours of work are average 36 hours per week, covering from 8am to 8pm, and inclusive on four weekend shifts in every ten weeks - Acting as a first point of contact for Innserve’s technicians, team managers and customers. - Planning and organising their day to day activities such as maintenance or installation visits and speaking to the customer to ensure they are ready for the technician’s visit. - Working to agreed timescales to ensure work is completed by the expected date. **About You** - No previous experience needed - if you are organised and enjoy planning, you will succeed in this role. - You will be confident at communicating and able to form positive working relationships with technicians and customers alike. - Your organisational skills will be second to none as you will be responsible for planning work for numerous technicians and service providers around the country. - You will be able to work under pressure with constantly changing workloads and priorities is essential. - You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and be comfortable taking responsibility for the decisions that you make. - You will be a strong team player who wants to succeed. - An understanding of the licensed trade would be a distinct advantage but not essential. **If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience to be successful in this role, click on "APPLY" today It couldn’t be easier** We’d love to hear from you.
