**Customer Support Co-Ordinator | Permanent | £23,000 | Nottingham**Cherry Professional are pleased to be working with an award winning inventory solutions provider for the Technology Channel. The **Customer Support Co-ordinators** are part of the first line **customer support** team that put the customer at the heart of everything they do, delivering a world class experience to our very diverse **customer** base.
Key Responsibilities:
To deliver an exceptional **Customer** experience - **Customer** first approach.
Manage the end-to-end **customer service experience** within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Follow standard documented processes and procedures as required.
Record all customer interaction within company systems.
Taking ownership of **operational customer issues** through to full resolution.
Adhere to agreed levels within the escalation process, seeing through to satisfactory completion.
To adhere to commercial efficiencies to achieve contractual Service Level agreements.
Have a clear understanding of contractual obligations for each customer.
To build strong working relationships with contracted customers and internal/external stakeholders.
Complete essential administrative tasks associated with the role within the agreed timescales.
To achieve personal KPIs and expectations working within H&S and HR guidelines.
Used to working to tight deadlines.
At least 1 years’ experience in a customer facing role.
Self-motivated, positive and proactive attitude and a great team player.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Accuracy and high attention to detail.
Excellent planning and administrative skills.
Ability to use initiative and problem solve.
Resilient and flexible and thrives under pressure.
