**Customer Quality Co-Ordinator**

An exciting new opportunity has arisen at our Boots Headquarters based in Nottingham. The Customer Quality Co-Ordinator will support our Customer team in our Opticians channel.
- If you are someone who prides themselves on consistently delivering a world class customer experience, has a keen eye for detail and is a confident communicator, this role maybe for you
- **ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Auditing and grading contact Centre calls (made by partners) using a scorecard which ensures governance and compliance expectations are achieved
- Providing feedback to the partners advisors and managerial teams
- Writing scripts for new campaigns and amending existing scripts to align with business requirements
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and optimisation
- Manage relevant reporting and insights, whilst also communicating out to key stakeholders
- Providing coaching and training to partners as and when required
- Assisting partners with admin tasks where they have system limitations
- Facilitating call calibration sessions to share best practice and provide group coaching

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE**
- Passion for customer experience and high standards
- Be organised, work well to deadlines and is resolution/results focused
- Good attention to detail and analytically minded
- Good communicator and can build relationships
- Works well alone and collaboratively as part of larger team

**IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU ALSO HAVE**
- Experience of working with 3rd party suppliers
- Sales through service experience
- Previous experience in scoring calls using a balanced scorecard Providing feedback and training
