**Construction Project Co-ordinator**

Cummins & Co Property and Construction Consultants are a locally owned company who are proud to support employment in the Midlands. Working alongside our construction partners in and the East Midlands, we have multiple contracts ranging from new builds, high end residential refurbishment, HMO and student residential fitouts and commercial builds and fitouts.

As a Construction Office Co-ordinator you will be instrumental in helping coordinate between our build teams, clients, suppliers, engineers and architects, investors and management teams. This role would suit someone that has experience in construction project management, estimating or and building surveying or an engineering/Civils background, the ability to use AutoCAD would be hugely beneficial.

**Your typical day at Cummins & Co would include**:

- Liaise with clients, project co-ordinators, build teams, sub-contractors and other construction professionals to ensure everyone keeps up to speed with given projects.
- Help prepare work schedules for our build teams
- Review project progress and help develop solutions to ensure the smooth running of said projects.
- Prepare and maintain site/project files, including but not limited to; Health and safety documents and polices, Schedules of works, permits, architectural drawings, F10’s, method statements and RAMS, variation documents.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure that we constantly get the best prices on our products, as well as ensuring that the right materials and plant are ordered at the right time, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently.
- Reading drawings/plans and putting together documents and instructions that conform to current regulations.
- Helping with take offs, measuring drawing etc.
- Compiling estimates, as well as getting quotes from suppliers and sub-contractors
- Managing sub-contractor and client requests and complaints
- General admin and supporting the management team

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
