**Rapier Employment are seeking a HSE CO-ORDINATOR in the Nottingham area (NG7)**
- **Salary**:
£25,000
- **Contract Type**:
Permanent
- **Total number of weekly/annual hours**:
37.5
- **Hours** Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm (flexibility required)

**The key responsibilities in this role include;**
- To create, review and maintain Risk assessments and SSOW in line with the company Health and Safety Management System.
- Attendence of H&S meetings
- To carry out any other H&S training across all shifts as and when required (SSOW etc) including competancy assessments.
- To carry out montly racking inspections, escalate any defects and ensure records are kept up to date
- To monitor the safe movement of traffic internally and address any areas of poor performance

**Requirements**:

- Ability to communicate effectively & constructively challenge unsafe behaviours of employees.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- CRB Will be carried out
- Financial Vetting Will be carried out
