We're looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join our team of experts who make sure our Repair Centre have everything they need. You'll manage the data that makes us tick and support our buyers.

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

- Placing orders, managing supply and return of spares required for the Customer Repair Centre, our field operations and third parties
- Supporting the Buyers and Assistant Category Managers, to drive the day-to-day Spares Purchasing operation
- Ensuring accurate up to date Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) information is provided to the relevant business area
- Chasing supplier deliveries to improve supplier lead times and give accurate ETA’s for stock shortages
- Ensuring all tasks are carried out accurately on time and within budget

You will need:

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience of working in an administrative / office / Purchasing environment would be desirable
