Due to expansion, we now require a dynamic & confident Purchase Ledger Assistant to work a hybrid role from our Head Office at Hexgreave Hall in Farnsfield (NG22).

This role will offer a fantastic opportunity for rapid career progression and opportunities as we build a finance team fit for purpose.

You will be a methodical, well-organised and accurate administrator, capable of achieving deadlines and self-motivated.

Main responsibilities:

- Receive, code & ensure appropriate authorisation of all purchase invoices
- Process invoices against our in-house order system
- Process purchase invoices to Sage within monthly deadlines
- Review supplier statements received, investigate any overdue items
- Enter recharges to client service charge accounts
- Analyse site petty cash returns and enter journal
- Liaise with Councils & sites to ensure accurate council tax billing for each building
- Process supplier payments from approved schedules
- Telephone answering duties - shared
- Undertake purchasing for sites and Head Office
- Liaise with our utility broker to ensure accurate billing of utility bills
- Process supplier payments by card, and bank transfer
- Other ad hoc duties

Salary £20-23,000 + pension (dependant on experience)

Standard hours of work are 9-5pm (Monday to Friday)

Start date - immediate

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
