- Friday working various rotas between 7am and 5pm.
Salary - £21,060 per annum

We're looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join our team of experts who make sure our Repair Centre have everything they need. You'll manage the data that makes us tick and support our buyers.

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

- Supporting the Buyers and the wider team in the day to day running of the purchasing department
- Placing orders and managing the ordering, supply and returns of spares required for the Customer Repair Centre
- Chasing supplier deliveries to improve supplier lead times and give accurate ETA's for stock shortages
- Populating and creation of Bill of Materials
- Creation of new part numbers

You will need:

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- The ability to allocate and efficiently manage own time
- Previous experience of working in an administrative / office / purchasing environment would be desirable
