**Responsibilities undertaken for the job of Head of Lettings and Sales**
- Drive a team of 5 consultants + 2 managers across our LDN /MCR offices to meet KPI service and volume targets
- Oversee quality and service across all tenancies and sales through the business
- Ensure client care and communication standards are met at all times
- Cultivate strong relationships with key portfolio landlords
- Build and manage relationships with referring partners: developers / sales agents in the industry
- Seek opportunities for growth and partnership with developments / business development
- Onboard new clients
- Conduct events (webinars and in person) alongside our strategic partners & present to investors
- Manage relationships with third parties and software providers to ensure the smooth running of systems/processes
- Implement structure and process within sales and lettings to increase efficiency
- Train team members / develop skills across the department
- Report on KPIs and team progress to the directors
- Monitor compliance and legislation industry changes and effect relevant change
- Ensure strong relationships between departments (sales / property management / accounts)
- Recruitment for the department

**Skills needed for the job of Head of Lettings and Sales**
- Experience of leading a team
- Proven record of generating business and achieving results
- Industry experience of residential and/or new home sales
- Friendly, self-motivated individual with an eye for details and a desire to succeed
- Clear focus on customer service and strong IT skills
- Ability to report and present facts and figures
