**Your role**
This is a great role for someone already experienced in the property industry who is looking to progress their career. You will manage your own team of three property professionals and successfully manage and grow your own property portfolio within the X1 ManchesterOffice.
You will ultimately be accountable for all elements of your property portfolio: delivering exceptional customer service to our current landlords including delivering strong long term yields, conducting valuations and attracting new landlords, team management,plus successful tenant find and management.

**Contract type**: Permanent, full time
**Hours**: 9.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am - 4.30pm Friday
**Salary**: £20,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience
