We are looking for a driven administrator to join a growing a team based in Cheltenham to support with purchasing. This is a varied Administration role supporting a busy team with the requisition of equipment and services. This is initially a 6 month tempposition that could go permanent.
Main Duties;
Raising PO's and matching PO's to invoices
Working with suppliers to order equipment
Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
Managing tickets and orders
Updating internal systems
This role is suited to either an experienced administrator used to working in a fast paced environment or a graduate / trainee looking to take their first step into purchasing / procurement.
This role will be based on site in Cheltenham with hybrid working after initial training.
