- Supports the Manager and performs management duties when Manager is absent or out of office
- Ensure all KPI's are kept up to date and correct daily
- Manages inventories and stock inbound and outbound, including keeping detailed records of inventory row/bay checks, and advising management where necessary of any shortages or issues
- Daily liaison with UK suppliers and reconciliation of supplier booking-in requests though Navision (internal system)
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
- Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
- Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliancearehouse

**You'll need to have**:

- Previous experience as a Team Leader / supervisor with ability to manage teams within the warehouse
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite, bespoke systems etc with the ability to produce and interpret written reports
- Ability and confidence to build relationships across all levels of the business
- Works well under pressure with common sense approach

**Working pattern**:
5 days, 38.75 hours per week excluding brakes.
Monday - Saturday (normally work every other Saturday, however you would need to be flexible depending on business requirements).
