**Job Purpose**
We are seeking a hardworking and committed Administrative Assistant to support our busy Exports Team with a range of administrative tasks.
**Main duties**:
- Support the Export Supervisor with administrative tasks linked to factory exports
- Manage Exports mailbox and phone calls
- Liaise with Production, Warehouse and service providers
- Customer issues/complaints management
- Electronic record keeping and chasing missing documents
- Work as part of a team to deliver an effective and efficient service to clients
- Issue export documents (CI/PL, Health Certificate, Vet Certificates)
- Prepare quotations
- Preparing samples
- Problem solving abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- A pro-active and engaging approach
- The ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven admin experience and strong administration skills
- Excellent numeracy, communication (written / verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- The ability to build strong working relationships
- The ability to plan and prioritise workload
**The following would be advantageous**:
- Knowledge of shipping methods and terminology
- Experience of working in Exports
- Understanding of a logistics business
- Understanding of Customs procedures
