**THE GIG**

Responsible for actioning stock flow in and out of Direct to Customer Stores. Delivering support for the DTC Branch Merchandising function with all Administrative activities to maximise availability, sales and profitability across the retail store portfolio.

**THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART**

You will be responsible for Allocation and the movement of stock in and out of stores. This will include:

- Generate DTC Allocations across newness and carry over product to all Retail stores.
- Manage minimums/item coverage across all core and carry over lines updating on a weekly basis.
- Be competent within the system providing relevant information where needed.
- Undertake weekly/monthly reporting distributing to key stakeholders along with ad-hoc analysis.
- Be key point of contact for stores and regional managers.
- Manage the Merchandising inbox liaising with stores and answering queries within a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Retail Operations team and coordinate weekly communications as well as providing necessary updates on the store communication platform.
- Assist with the new store opening process providing analysis and support where needed.
- Work closely with the Assistant Merchandisers and assist with actions to support overall trade of D2C Retail.
- Undertake regular store visits reporting back on any opportunities.
