We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administration/Marketing Assistant to join our team.

Your primary responsibilities will be to provide comprehensive and high quality dedicated administrative/marketing support, working closely with the manager and independently and use your own initiative. Your primary duties will include:
**Key Duties**
- Maintain database and filling systems
- Making sure that all organised works are billed & invoiced correctly
- Coordinates contracts, agreements and purchase orders
- interact with staff members on a day-to-day basis, handling confidential documents
- Provide system support, including data entry, reconciliation, clean-up/correction, report generation, technical support, etc.
- Create and edit content for social media, website and marketing documents.

**Desired skills for this role**:

- Previous Security administration experience is desirable but not essential
- Quick Learning Skills needed
- Multitasking with efficiency, having the ability to prioritise work
- An understating of client needs & demands
- Attention to details
- Proactive
- Good literacy & numeracy skills
- Excel experience - Diaries & reports are used on excel daily
- Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus
- Preferably (online Marketing programs and social media)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
