Overview:
We are seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our team in supporting various marketing activities. As a Marketing Assistant, your role is to assist all marketing areas on our wholesale B2B side and also B2C customer relations.

This role is for someone passionate about the beauty and hair industry, with finger on the trends and enthusiastic about marketing hair products..

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with Marketing Team & Product Executive in creating a promotional marketing material - graphics, flyer, new product information, brochures, pricelists, posters - all types of print and digital marketing resources.
- You will be required to bring ideas/potential solutions to the company, by conducting a product analysis on both Noble Sleek and competitor prices/packaging. You may be required to visit existing shops/salons.
- Liaising with the Marketing Team to help to update Social Media feeds - assist with generating content and managing influencer and collaborator partnerships.
- Analyse marketing data (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel spreadsheets) to track campaign performance
- To assist in improving sales through marketing efforts, internally and externally.
- Assist with updating Sleek’s range of websites for a higher digital presence impact onto the marketplace.
- To organise meetings or mail-outs to all sales and marketing on information found through numerous reports you have compiled.
- Work with Marketing Team to check Warehouse stock, which is not selling well and research solutions on best way to promote or sell the product e.g. re-packaging, check competitor samples, seasonal trends and promotional activity etc.
- Conducting competitor product and packaging analysis.
- Researching into promotional and advertising ideas and solutions to increase further sales.
- To provide excellent administration for the Marketing team, assisting them to stay on target.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in copywriting and content creation.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems.
- Ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Fluent in English with exceptional grammar and spelling abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
