Marina / Boatyard Administrator

The position of “Marina / Boatyard Administrator” has become available Salterns Marina. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual, with a flexible work ethic, to join a small team on a busy marina within a fabulous location.
- Ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service
- Flexibility and adaptability to both boatyard and marina operations.
- Ability to learn and use SAGE software systems, this will include processing invoices, internal jobs, boatyard budgets, stock ordering etc.,
- Continuing good communications with Yard supervisor / internal departments, to ensure customers are kept informed of the progress of lifts, jobs, antifouling etc.,
- And excellent and flexible approach to team work.
- Assisting in Marina/ Boatyard events, such as Boatshows, Berth Holder receptions etc.,
Previous experience would be a major advantage but training, where required, will be given.
Hours:
Full Time : 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday 30 minutes lunch.
Part time hours will be considered if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
