**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Representative at Aim London, you will play a key role in helping customers access affordable and renewable energy solutions. This is a hands-on, face-to-face role where you will engage with customers in residential areas, retail locations, and events. This entry-level position offers fantastic opportunities for growth and development within the expanding renewable energy sector.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively seek out and engage potential customers face-to-face in residential, retail, and event settings to promote our renewable energy solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our energy products, their features, and the benefits they offer to consumers.
- Conduct in-person presentations and product demonstrations, educating potential customers on the affordability and sustainability of our renewable energy options.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads and contacts, ensuring effective follow-up and engagement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to enhance the customer experience and increase sales revenue.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer data and sales progress using our CRM system.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and local community initiatives to network and promote our renewable energy products.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis through a proactive and customer-focused approach.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Previous experience in face-to-face sales or customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and engage customers directly.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a passion for educating and informing customers about renewable energy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Interest in renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
