**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team selling home improvements, solar energy, insulation. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in your designated territory. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate successfully will be key to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities while maintaining excellent service for existing clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively to meet or exceed targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Organise your schedule efficiently to maximise time spent in the field while ensuring timely follow-ups with clients.

**Skills**
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in sales.
- Exceptional customer service abilities, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
- Knowledge of IT products and services is advantageous.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills to balance multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to drive results through self-motivation and initiative.
- A valid driving licence is required for travel within the designated territory.

Pay: £60,000.00-£140,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
