**The Role in a Nutshell**:
As an Office Administrator at Kin + Carta, you will be working as part of a team of other Office Experience specialists based in our offices across the UK. The team are passionate about creating a great work environment for everyone that works here at K+C and you will be too You will have some previous Office administration experience and will provide a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, clients, tradespeople and vendors in person, online and via telephone; undertaking administrative tasks to ensure everyone has the support they need to work efficiently. With excellent organisational and time management skills, you'll be used to working with little or no supervision and happy working as part of a collaborative, multifunctional team in a fast paced environment. As an Office Experience Administrator you will be self motivated and trustworthy and comfortable with making quick decisions and prioritising your work effectively. You'll be working within a people-first technology company which is growing and you will be actively involved in helping us to foster and promote the K+C working culture. The Office Experience team are committed to being environmentally conscious; as a B.Corp we strive to minimise our environmental impact however possible.

**What to expect**:

- Day to day facilities management at our Edinburgh office
- Health & Safety Reporting
- Fire marshal duties and responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for all office enquiries via telephone and in person
- Ensuring the smooth reception of visitors, couriers and tradespersons
- Assist staff whenever necessary via FreshService, Slack or in person
- Managing meeting room bookings & restocking of supplies/refreshments
- Manage general correspondence
- Act as main liaison between K+C and the Landlord (re: access, building maintenance etc)
- Maintain a high quality working environment for our K+C colleagues
- Collate and reconcile monthly OX budget
- Ready to work as a team, support others and help with any additional responsibilities that present themselves that come up
