We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UK head of service delivery to join our team. looking after a team of 6 Regional service Managers, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations across the UK. - Manage and oversee the operations of multiple locations within the UK
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Train and mentor engineers to ensure consistent performance and customer service excellence
- Conduct regular customer visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management across all locations
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar role in the Material handling industry
- Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively manage equipment maintenance and repairs
- Proficient in financial management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building strong relationships
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel across the uk as needed

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
