This is a permanent, full time position for 37 hours per week.

We are seeking an individual experienced in CDM and/or Health & Safety roles to join the Building Maintenance team at Pembrokeshire County Council.

In this role, will you will provide reasoned and detailed advice to ensure that client duties are discharged, while also ensuring that the Principal Designer discharge their duties as laid down in the CDM Regulations 2015.

You will control and coordinate the health and safety arrangements of construction projects including Health and Safety Executive notifications. In addition, the preparation of pre-construction Information Packs, managing the flow of health and safety information between project team members plus reviewing duty holder appointments and construction phase plans.
