ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking to for passionate, motivated and friendly people to join our Welfare team delivering events at fabric. Experience is not needed; full training will be given but must be eligible to work in the UK.

You will be expected to:

- greet customers with a smile
- respond to requests and questions in a polite, professional and friendly manner to both customers and staff
- to identify customers in need of help (lost items, lost friend, unwell etc.)
- assist and advise customers
- refer in compliance with company Brief Intervention policy
- work very closely with the medical team, venue management and security team
- comply with health, safety and hygiene standards at all times
- set up and break down of the welfare centre every shift

**Salary**: £9.89 per hour
