Key Responsibilities: * Provide First Aid: Respond to minor injuries and health concerns with care and efficiency. * Emotional Support: Be a trusted point of contact for students experiencing emotional or personal challenges. * Family & Staff Liaison: Communicate effectively with parents and staff to coordinate student care and support. * Promote Well-being: Champion mental health and well-being initiatives across the school. * Support Attendance: Help monitor and improve student attendance through proactive support and engagement with families. Key Responsibilities: * Experience in a similar role or working closely with children. * Kind, patient, and empathetic nature. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Paediatric First Aid trained (or willingness to complete training).
