**Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Assist with human resources tasks such as coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office records
- Supervise office staff and provide team management support
- Maintain organisational systems to streamline office procedures
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial record keeping
**Skills**:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in human resources tasks is advantageous
- Proficient in clerical duties and office organisation
- Team management skills to lead and motivate staff effectively
- Organisational abilities to maintain structured office processes
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for financial management tasks
Pay: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
