**Supply Chain and Office Administrator**

**Job Title**: Supply Chain and Office Administrator

**Reporting to**: Production Planning Manager

Job purpose: Ensure timely processing of orders and book in deliveries with clients. Estimation and procurement of office supplies. Answering client/reception calls and redirecting them as necessary

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Processing orders as they are received.
- Liaises with customers regarding amendments and delivery times.
- Booking deliveries with 3rd party logistics when necessary.
- Booking delivery slots with clients.
- Processing delivery notes for invoicing.
- Liaises with sales team to determine customer requirements.
- Ordering office suppliers and stationery.
- Answering reception calls and transferring them to the appropriate individual.

**Health and Safety**
- Being aware of and follow relevant health and safety policy, procedures, and instructions.
- Contribute to a safe working environment.
- Being responsible for his/her own safety.
- Provide adequate first aid and support.
- Provide suitable and current information and supervision concerning Health and Safety policies and practices.
- Assist and cooperate concerning audits and remedial actions.
- Monitor and report on health and safety practices and systems.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Iver, SL0 9HX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Organisational skills: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
- Supply chain: 1 year (preferred)
