Our plastics reprocessing facility in Avonmouth, Bristol will reprocess over 80,000 tonnes of plastic every year - more than 1.6 billion bottles, tubs, and trays - creating recycled raw material to return to the economy. Plastic recycling at the facility will save 126,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions per year, the equivalent of taking over 67,000 cars off the road

We have an opportunity in Avonmouth for a Logistics Administrator to join our team, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The salary for this role will be **£24,000.00 **per year, with participation in an annual bonus scheme, in addition to our great range of benefits.

As out Logistics Administrator, you will support the Logistics Coordinator in the daily management of specific administrative tasks, ensuring a strong level of accuracy and pace is applied to all activity.

Providing an effective and efficient administration service, you’ll manage the up keep of files, records and data and ensure that purchase orders are raised and invoices are paid on time.

You’ll support the team in handling logistics issues of incoming and outgoing products and produce timely and accurate packing lists and delivery notes, liaising with other departments are as required.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience working in a fast paced, customer focussed environment
- Demonstrable experience of data entry and reporting
- Experience working within a manufacturing type environment at administrator level
- Strong organisational skills and a preference for working in a collaborative way
- Skilled in the use of MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with good keyboard skills
- Able to work under pressure and still maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
