At the heart of this, our UK Poultry division produces a third of all poultry eaten in the UK and represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 9,000 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
With an onsite hub at one of our UK production facilities, the Logistics Administrator role for our Amber Foods division will be focused on ensuring the effective and efficient running of supply chain processes. Day to day you can expect the role to involve:

- Analysing stock holdings, arrange weekly export schedules, minimize supply chain costs and ship as per customer orders
- Raising sales orders, preparing releases and stock allocations and export documentation.
- Dealing with customer queries on logistics
- Provide after sales support for managing complaints and customer’s request for information
- Liaise with the finance team on customer’s registration and payments
- Prepare reports on request by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information
- Support the management of relationships with key export suppliers i.e. freight forwarders, cold stores, transport, vets and producing sites.
- Support the reduction of export costs
