**Your Role**
The Event Control Room Logger plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth event operations at Pride in London by maintaining accurate records of all communications, incidents, and key activities. This role involves monitoring the event in real-time, documenting any relevant details, and ensuring that logs are updated consistently throughout the day. The Logger will work closely with other teams to provide accurate, timely information that supports decision-making and incident resolution during the event.
**_ Please note this role will require 4-6 hours a week volunteering from 16th June - 13th July. You will need to be available for the day of Pride itself on Saturday 5th July.

**Your**Responsibilities**
- **Maintain Event Logs**: Accurately document all event-related activities, including communications, incidents, and any operational changes. Update logs in real-time to provide a detailed record of event proceedings for accountability, follow-up, and post-event reporting.
- ** Document Incident Reports**:Record incidents, emergencies, or other noteworthy events in the control room. This includes noting the nature of the issue, the teams involved, actions taken, and the outcome. Ensure that all reports are clear, concise, and follow the established format.
- ** Monitor Communication Channels**: Listen to radio communications, event team updates, and other communication channels to document important information or instructions. Ensure that all significant updates are logged in the system.
- ** Provide Real-Time Information**: Provide key event information to Control Room staff, security teams, and other stakeholders when needed. Ensure that all logged data is accessible to the relevant teams for decision-making purposes.
- ** Track Event Timelines**: Assist in monitoring the overall event timeline, ensuring that any schedule changes, delays, or disruptions are documented and communicated. Keep track of important event milestones and time-sensitive activities
- ** Support Event Control Room Teams**: Work collaboratively with other control room staff, including radio operators, incident managers, and event coordinators. Provide support with documenting communications and ensuring a seamless flow of information between departments.
- **Assist in Post-Event Reporting**:After the event, help compile and organize logs into comprehensive reports for evaluation and analysis. Ensure that all documentation is filed correctly for future reference or debriefing sessions
