thrive and develop the skills necessary for a successful future. **Job Summary**:
Individual Support: Provide one-on-one support to young people, focusing on
their mental health, emotional well-being, and educational engagement. Behaviour Management: Implement behaviour management strategies to help
young people cope with and overcome challenging behaviours. Mentoring and Guidance: Offer guidance and mentorship to young people,
helping them develop coping mechanisms, social skills, and a positive mindset. Collaboration: Work closely with educators, mental health professionals, and
families to create a cohesive support network for each young person. Assessment and Planning: Conduct assessments to understand the needs of
each young person and develop personalised support plans. Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention during crises or
emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of the young people. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions,
progress, and incidents, and provide regular reports to the management team. **Requirements**:
- Previous experience working with young people with challenging
behaviours, mental health issues, or in an educational setting. - Understanding of behaviour management techniques, mental health issues, and educational engagement strategies. Strong communication, empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport
with young people. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with individuals and teaching staff - Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team -DBS on the update service **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in mental health first aid, crisis
intervention, and safeguarding level 3 _______________________________________________ **Personal Attributes**:
