As a behaviour support practitioner, you will complete evidence-based behavioural assessments, interventions, and develop behaviour support plans to support children and adults to achieve their goals. Minimum 1 year experience working within the NDIS sector, and current registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (core) under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Experience working with NDIS participants, understanding positive behavioursupport, trauma informed care, and person‑centred practice. Demonstrated experience prioritising workloads and managing clients with complex needs Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development, evidence based practice, and measuring clinical outcomes Ability to work as a collaboratively member of a multi‑disciplinary team Knowledge of confidentiality principles and WHS responsibilities.
