**BEHAVIOUR MENTOR**

Education World are working with a friendly and progressive Secondary school to recruit various Behaviour Mentors to work across key stage 3 to key stage 5, supporting children excluded from lessons during the day.

**SEMH Needs**: Challenging Behaviour

The school has a very supportive senior leadership team and a progressive nature. They are well interlinked with public transport and have on site parking.

If you are a future/aspiring Teacher, Sports Coach or an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant this opportunity could be ideal for you. In addition, if you have experience as a Youth Worker, Support Worker or Behaviour Mentor and you are interested in education, please do apply

*You will:*
- Have experience working with children aged between 11-18 years
- Be confident at managing challenging behaviour
- Be able to demonstrate your ability to build professional relationships with students
- Have a fun but firm presence
- Have an interest in education
- Have a passion for working in challenging situations
