**Luton / Hybrid Remote**

This is a wonderful opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator, who will be involved in supporting our Recruitment team with the admin duties and day-to-day processes across our management and administration functions. Do you have previous admin experience? Are you confident in speaking with all levels of stakeholders? Are you interested in a new and exciting role?

**As Recruitment Coordinator you’ll be**:

- Managing and organising a shared inbox
- Supporting hiring managers in the recruitment process
- Managing and maintaining our internal Application Tracking System
- Arranging briefs between hiring managers and recruiters
- Ensure data is updated on the team tracker and collating data for monthly reports
- Creating Canva ads and posting adverts on relevant websites

**As Recruitment Coordinator you’ll have**:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume administration role (within the recruitment industry would be an advantage)
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word capability
- Methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure
- Uses judgment to know when to ask for help and guidance
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Understands and implements processes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to build appropriate professional, friendly and accessible relationships with employees and line managers
