**What is my role as Gallery Restaurant Manager/Director?**

Previous Experience in a Michelin Star environment is preferred.

The role of Deputy Director will primarily focus on the Dinner service.

The Gallery is opened for a popular luxurious afternoon tea during day time and a 3 Rosette Dinner a la carte dinner.

The Deputy Manager/Director is responsible to support the Director for the management of people (60 staff members) and stock as well as management of the room. This role requires full knowledge of staff management, guest management, training management as well as being able to take responsibility for all aspects of the room. This includes but is not limited to work schedule management, holiday management, cleaning procedures and process, guest satisfaction, staff satisfaction, uniforms and grooming.

Immaculate presentation and a strong eye for details is a must. A previous track record of managing a similar size team in a similar luxury environment is preferable. Experience of afternoon tea is a plus as this is a 200+ daily product served in the Gallery.

Our kitchen menus are designed by Masterchef Pierre Gagnaire and Executive Chef Frederic Don and has a French inspired European style.

The role is hands on and requires a will to deliver the ultimate experience to our guests.
