Roles Available:
1.
Deputy Director - Organisation Design & Change
- Lead organisational design initiatives through to 2027 integration with NHS England.

  • Advise senior leaders on complex design challenges.

  • Drive change initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with a small OD team in a matrix structure.

2.
Deputy Director - Pay, Reward & People Transition
- Develop and implement a pay and reward strategy for the future DHSC.

  • Oversee annual pay awards and governance for senior executives.

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including trade unions.

  • Lead the employee relations function during transitions.
