We are delighted to have an amazing opportunity for a Restaurant Director at Kerridge’s Bar & Grill, nestled within the beautiful & outstanding Corinthia Hotel, London.

Kerridge's Bar & Grill is a restaurant by Tom Kerridge and the Hand & Flowers team. From Marlow we bring much of our produce and inspiration to create exceptional dishes, in a relaxed and environment.

You will need strength, presence and if you are passionate about delivering an exquisite service within a 5-star environment, then we would love to hear from you.

The Restaurant Director will oversee and direct the restaurant, manage the team efficiently and ensure that guest needs are met to the high standards required by the restaurant and expectations are exceeded with an emphasis on staff training & development, and guest satisfaction.

We are looking for a Restaurant Director with previous experience in a similar role, a natural leader, proven managerial skills, a good food and beverage knowledge and a real passion for providing each guest with exquisite service.

The Restaurant Director must be flexible and able to work a variety of hours/shifts.

**Salary**: £100,000.00 per year
