bts Group is seeking to recruit a Contract Finance Administrator to work full-time from either our office in Telford, home-based or a mixture of the two. Flexible working requests would also be considered for those wishing to work on a part-time basis.
The Contract Finance Administrator will support a busy utility arboriculture department by accurately completing all data-related administrative tasks in line with contractual requirements, using established data systems.
Reporting to the Senior Contract Manager and working alongside a friendly team, we are looking for someone pragmatic and self-motivated, who can manage and prioritise their workload to provide seamless support to a large utility arboriculture contract.
We are seeking applicants with experience in a similar role; confident in working with, exporting, and cross-referencing large amounts of data; and able to work closely with colleagues to resolve discrepancies and disputes.
The post holder will be required to manage financial data, updating trackers, so an understanding of financial processes would be beneficial.
Core responsibilities of the Contract Finance Administrator include:
- **WIP Management** - Experience of WIP Management preferred. The Contract Finance Administrator will be responsible for extracting data and preparing progress spreadsheets to indicate WIP and review and resolve aged debt.
- **Contract Support** - The ability to confidently communicate, resolving client invoicing issues promptly and professionally.
