**About Us**
We are Telford After Care Team, a charity based in Telford that offers support to adults with addiction recovery and mental wellbeing since 2012. We offer one-to-one support, peer led group work, volunteering options and training. Most of our staff members have a lived experience that gives them the best understanding of the difficulties service users face. We also offer housing to people struggling with homelessness.
**Job Overview**
*Duties*
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Process invoices and expenses
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
**Requirements**
- Ideally qualified in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least 2 years proven experience in financial administration
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero) and MS Excel
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to work autonomously
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£13.06 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
