**Sales Enquiry Coordinator**

**Location**: 5 days in the office, Southwark/London Bridge, London
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: 24-28K Basic dependent on experience + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonus

**The Role**:
As an Enquiry Converter, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential delegates exploring the possibility of attending our conferences. Your role will be to manage inbound enquiries, chase leads, and convert them into successful bookings. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to ensure every enquiry is handled with professionalism and care.

2. Somebody who likes clear targets and is ambitious and driven to succeed. Uncapped commission means the more targets they hit, the mor money they make.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pick up the phone and chase warm leads.
- Understand delegate requirements and recommend tailored conferencing packages.
- Build strong relationships with prospective delegates, ensuring trust and confidence.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of our conferences, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign performance and optimise lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in our systems.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and conversion targets.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience in sales, customer service, or account management, preferably within the events or conferencing industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.
- A passion for delivering outstanding delegate experiences.
- Good strong academic record - a proven timeline which demonstrates ambition, excellence and consistency.
