**Team Administrator - Bids and Proposals (Marketing)**
**£25,000 - £28,000**
**Hybrid working**
An exciting new opportunity to join a Global Construction company within their Bids and Proposals team. You will provide administrative support to the Head of Proposals and wider team in a fast-paced, varied role.
**This would suit someone who is interested in developing a career within Bids and Proposals.**
**The Role**:
- Diary management and coordination of team meetings for the Head of Proposals
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the team
- Book internal and external meeting rooms and catering as required
- Lead administration for new resource requests, annual leave and holiday requests
- Prepare new starters and ensure their IT equipment is sent up
- First point of contact for IT issues for the team
- Production of internal documents and presentations using PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign
- Updating the CRM daily
- Organise team events
- Arranging regional Proposals team meetings and taking minutes
- Ordering supplies and processing invoices
**Essential requirements**:
- Minimum of 6 months experience within an administrative role
- Educated to degree level - Marketing, Design etc.
- Confident user of MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Good attention to detail
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**Desirable**:
- Understands bids and proposals processes
- Construction sector experience
