Administration Team Leader

**The role**
- Lead, motivate, and manage the administrative team to meet departmental objectives. Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Allocate and monitor workloads, adjusting as needed to meet priorities and deadlines. Provide training, support, and mentorship to administrative staff, fostering professional development.
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance productivity and compliance with company standards. Act as the main point of contact for complex queries and problem-solving within the admin team. Coordinate communication between different departments and ensure seamless information flow.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Ensure that all administrative activities comply with GDPR and other relevant regulations. Manage office supplies, equipment, and procurement processes efficiently. Support senior management with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm (half hour lunch break)

You will be confident, ideally with an accounts background, and have the enthusiasm to work in a high volume environment. See below more details:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, with at least 2-4 years in a supervisory or team leader capacity. Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and relevant office management software. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Knowledge of office procedures and UK administrative regulations, including GDPR compliance. Knowledge of human recourse.

£28,000 to £30,000 per annum negotiable (depending on experience)

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
